Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

Thank you for purchasing artwork from www.mykolababiy.com. Each painting sold is a unique, original piece, and I take great care in handling and shipping. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Specifically, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork for any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform me of your decision via my secure Contact Page. Consequently, you do not need to provide a reason for a return within this legal 14-day window.

2. Our Extended 30-Day Policy

While the legal cooling-off period is 14 days, I extend my return window to 30 days for your peace of mind. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, I unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Because the safety of the art is a priority, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Eligibility and Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must remain in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that custom commissioned artworks are unique and personalized; therefore, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

If your painting arrives damaged, please notify me through the Contact Page within 7 days. Moreover, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage. I will work with you to either replace the item or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.

5. Refunds and Shipping

As a result of an approved return, I will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receive return. Regarding shipping, the customer is responsible for return costs unless the return is due to my error. Finally, for more information on your rights in Ireland, you can visit the CCPC Ireland website.
