Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from www.mykolababiy.com. Each painting sold is a unique, original piece, and we take great care in handling and shipping. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong artwork.
Please do not send your artwork back to the manufacturer or artist unless instructed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom commissioned artwork (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Any artwork returned after 30 days of delivery
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery (subject to approval)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ARTWORK
If your painting arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to either replace the item (if possible) or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If still unresolved, contact your bank.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the similar item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your item, mail it to:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (if applicable).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
